Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

The goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

• FREE standard shipping: Free delivery for orders with a delivery address within Germany
  with Deutsche Post
  transit time approx. 2 - 5 working days
  (letter box slot - no online shipment tracking - no delivery to packing stations or post offices)
• Alternatively: Shipping by Dt. REGISTERED Post within Germany
  Shipping costs: 3.39 euros
  Duration approx. 1 - 2 working days
  (Online shipment tracking: www.post.de - no delivery to packing stations or post offices)
• Alternatively: Shipping via DHL Paket-Service within Germany
  Shipping costs: 5.99 euros  (From a shopping cart value of 60 euros, DHL shipping within Germany is free)
  Duration approx. 1 - 2 working days
  (Online shipment tracking: www.dhl.de - delivery also to packing stations or post offices)

Deliveries abroad:

Shipping to EU / worldwide: Shipping by post / DHL International Tracking

Shipping costs:

6.49 euros  (EU countries - gross incl. tax)
7.55 euros (outside the EU - net w/o tax)

Delivery times

Please note that the transit time of the shipping service provider counts in addition to the processing time. In the case of personalized items, the processing time is approx. 1 - 2 working days until dispatch, depending on the effort involved.

Unless a different period is specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered in
Germany within 2 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 14 days after
receipt of payment.

(The information on the delivery time applies from the day of receipt of payment. In addition, the specific delivery date depends on the place of dispatch and delivery, especially during the Peak times. The information is based on the average processing time + the standard delivery times of the shipping service provider - Deutsche Post / DHL does not provide a delivery time guarantee)

Note that on Sundays and public holidays no Delivery has taken place.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one
shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is
depending on the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The minimum order value is: 4 euros.

Terms of Payment

For deliveries within Germany you have the following payment options:

- prepayment by bank transfer
- payment via PayPal
- payment via PayPal PLUS
- Payment immediately
- Payment by credit card via Paypal
- Payment by direct debit via Paypal

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:

- Payment in advance by bank transfer
- Payment via PayPal
- Payment via PayPal PLUS
- Payment via Sofort
- Payment by credit card via Paypal
- Payment by direct debit via Paypal
